Wholesale World Market operates in compliance with applicable federal and California consumer protection laws.

1. RETURNS POLICY

30-Day Limited Return Policy

Most new, unused, and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused and in resalable condition

• Original packaging must be intact

• Proof of purchase is required

• Return authorization must be obtained prior to shipping

Wholesale World Market reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders (Important)

Orders placed in bulk, wholesale quantities, pallet orders, or case-pack purchases:

• May be subject to restocking fees (up to 25%)

• May require return freight to be arranged by customer

• May be non-returnable if designated as special-order

All wholesale returns require prior written approval.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

If confirmed to be our error, we will:

• Provide prepaid return shipping

• Replace the product OR

• Issue a full refund including original shipping charges (if applicable)

Failure to report within 7 days may result in denial of claim.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by California law, the following are non-returnable:

• Opened or used merchandise

• Clearance or final sale items

• Custom or special-order products

• Perishable goods

• International orders

• Items marked “Non-Returnable” at purchase

Refund Processing

Once received and inspected:

• Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days

• Funds are returned to the original payment method

• Financial institutions may require additional processing time

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

2. SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Availability

We ship domestically and to select international destinations.

Certain items may be restricted due to:

Customers are responsible for verifying local import regulations.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon transfer of goods to the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required under California law.

Wholesale World Market is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once accepted by the carrier.

3. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment only.

Once shipped, orders must follow the standard return process.

Refused shipments may be subject to return shipping fees and restocking charges.

• Delays caused by third-party carriers

• Misuse or improper handling of products

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under California law.

6. IMPLIED WARRANTIES DISCLAIMER

Except where prohibited by California law:

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Where implied warranties cannot be disclaimed under California law, they are limited to the shortest legally permissible duration.
